Pricing

Aperture Psychiatry is a self-pay telehealth-only practice and does not currently accept insurance. Superbills can be provided if your insurance carrier supports reimbursement.

Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $550

Psychotherapy (50 minutes): $450

Follow Up (30 minutes): $300

Extended Follow Up (40 minutes): $450

Sliding-scale pricing is available for eligible patients.

Practice Policies

Cancellations: patients are required to cancel or reschedule patients at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules or no-shows of appointments will incur a fine of 60% of scheduled appointment fee.

Medication Refills: routine medications are prescribed for a 30 day supply with 3 refills. Renewal of prescriptions will require a follow up appointment. Controlled substances can only be prescribed for a 30 day supply with 0 refills and require a follow up appointment for renewal.

Communication: secure messages and phone calls are for non-urgent matters only. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please dial 911 and then 988 to reach the crisis line. All messages and phone calls will be responded to within 2 business days.

Termination: patients have the right to terminate care at any time, and Dr. Zhang will work to provide appropriate referrals to available providers for transfer of care.
